![]() ![]() Got my brand new XPS 15 today, and this is not a very promising start to be honest. Same problem here! Very disappointing as this is a Dell support application. I had the same issue and found this solution on a different message board and it worked great for me. This happened when I originally bought the computer in Feb and "magically" one day about 3 months later it started working when I ran the "Run All" at the Support Assist startup menu. Ran scan on Ran the Support Assist six times and could not get past the Scan Section.
